Refined recovered glass can be recycled into premium quartz slabs for kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and other high-end interior building material markets, achieving high added value.
High-purity aluminum frame material can go directly into metal recycling markets. After smelting it is re-formed into aluminum ingots for building materials, transportation, electronics, and other high-demand industries.
After separating electrode silver paste and conductor copper powder, they are sent to precious metal smelters for purification, recovering high-purity silver and copper powder for electronics, medical, and other high-value industries.
The crushing and sorting stage produces silicon powder (with trace glass powder), which can enter silicon material recycling systems, matched to different downstream markets based on purity grade.
EVA and backsheet plastic powder produced during the crushing and sorting process can be disposed of compliantly or recycled as material, depending on regional regulations.
